<image:caption>For over 20 years, I have worked and volunteered for education organizations in the nonprofit sector. My brief time as a classroom teacher and ongoing work as a researcher and writer continues to inform my views on organizational advancement. I hold an MAT from New York University in Social Studies Education, a certificate in Fundraising Management from the Lilly School of Philanthropy at Indiana University and a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Center for Public and Nonprofit Leadership at Georgetown University. I'm a member of the Communications Network, the Education Writers Association, the Alliance for Nonprofit Management and the Association of Fundraising Professionals.</image:caption>
